Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Returns After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the items without undue delay. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds We will refund the full purchase amount including standard outbound shipping costs (but not any additional charge if you selected a faster delivery option) within 14 days of receiving your return request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to final sale items or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened.
